Intimate JM Cellars Winery Wedding
It's really hard to choose my favorite part of being a wedding coordinator. If I had to choose, it would be the joy I see my clients experiencing on their wedding day. Kari and Ricardo were full of joy and love on the day of their intimate JM Cellars wedding.
I truly enjoyed getting to know Kari & Ricardo while we worked through planning the logistics of valet parking, strategic layouts and guest flow. It was important to them to celebrate with their friends and family, that decor was elegant but simple, and that no one had to stress about setting up or cleaning up anything. JM Cellars was a perfect venue for this. This winery is an intimate space that works wonderfully for guest lists less than 100.
The ceremony site doubles as a bocce ball court during their usual tasting hours. The mahogany wood chairs were rented from CORT Party Rentals, as well as the additional wood reception tables. This one below lives at JM Cellars and is stunning as the head table. We kept it simple with their decor, using the napkins to include their wedding colors and the bridal bouquets as the centerpieces.
They chose to work with Alexa's Cafe & Catering for their appetizers, dinner and desserts. I am always excited to work with a full service caterer. It's often worth the price tag. The food is divine, and their team is able to assist with setup and cleanup of anything to do with dinner.
During the evening, my assistant and I worked with Alexa's team to setup the seating and decor, and organize items to be in the correct place. We helped guide guests and vendors through the space and timeline. Because we worked ahead of time on the logistics and communication of plan, everything moved smoothly within the short time-frame of an evening winery wedding.
Before the night ended, we cleaned up all the decor quickly and made sure items were packed in the correct car so that Kari and Ricardo could have a grand exit. Family closely followed since they had no responsibilities but to enjoy the day.
As a coordinator, my priority is making sure my couples have the wedding they have envisioned, and are able to enjoy it without worry or stress. Seeing the joy and love at each wedding is incredible, and we're so grateful that Kari and Ricardo chose to share their day with us.
